With nervous system education and regulation, coupled with subconscious reprogramming, I help equip people with the tools to move from chronic stress, overwhelm and burnout toward clarity, control and recovery.

Prior to commencing my 15-year career with the QPS, I completed a double degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice; and Human Services with the intention of becoming a police officer.
Due to medical reasons, that path wasn’t possible, so I moved into an operational intelligence role, the closest I could get to frontline work.
I worked in high-pressure intelligence roles that required me to constantly stay mentally switched on, rapidly analysing information, thinking critically and briefing leadership in fast-moving tactical environments. I genuinely loved my career and the people I worked alongside, but over time, the intensity of that environment and the nature of the work began to take a toll in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time.
I became stuck in a chronic state of hypervigilance, constantly switched on, unable to relax, unable to truly recover. My nervous system was living in survival mode for years.
Eventually, the physical and mental impacts caught up with me. I was diagnosed with dysautonomia, an autonomic nervous system condition that affected my heart and overall functioning.
My health spiraled to the point where I physically could not get myself to work anymore. But it wasn’t just my physical health. Mentally, I felt exhausted, anxious and completely disconnected from the person I used to be.
I was constantly tired but unable to sleep, emotionally overwhelmed, snapping at the people I loved, then breaking down wondering what had happened to me.
One of the hardest parts was that, from the outside, people would often say, “You look well.” Meanwhile internally, I felt like I was completely falling apart.
That’s the difficult reality of chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation and invisible health struggles, people often can’t see the battle you’re fighting.
Through my own lived experience and recovery journey, I became deeply passionate about understanding the nervous system, the brain-body connection, subconscious survival patterns and the practical tools that help people regain control of their lives.
That journey became the foundation for the WOLF RESET framework.
Today, I work with first responders and high-stress humans to help them regulate their nervous system, break unhealthy stress patterns, improve emotional control and perform better under pressure.
The work I do is both preventative and proactive.
I know firsthand what it feels like to lose yourself in survival mode.
And I also know that recovery is possible.
