This combination of lived experience and formal training gives me a unique perspective: I know firsthand the toll the job can take, and I’ve experienced my own health challenges. I found my way through them using the very tools I now teach.

A practical, small-group workshop for first responders and high-stress professionals. Across four hours, I provide clear education on the nervous system and teach evidence-based breathwork and grounding techniques to down-regulate stress. These tools can be used operationally during critical incidents, or pre and post-shift to calm the body, switch off hypervigilance, and support recovery.

A personalised, six-week program focused on retraining your nervous system and changing old patterns that keep you stuck in stress or struggling with feelings of anxiety. Using a psychotherapy-informed approach, I teach evidence-based breathwork, grounding, and somatic techniques to down-regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and build resilience. This program is designed to help you reduce hypervigilance, recover from burnout, and feel like yourself again.

A concise, engaging session introducing Wolf Wellbeing and the work I do. I share my personal story and highlight how chronic stress and prolonged hypervigilance can affect health, performance, and wellbeing, including the risks of depression and suicidal ideation. The session also provides an overview of the nervous system and includes a simple handout with one breathing exercise and one grounding exercise, giving staff a practical takeaway to start exploring these tools.

COMING SOON
On the Two Ordinary Cops podcast, I share my journey from working as a civilian Intel Analyst to facing the mental and physical challenges of nervous system dysregulation.
I talk about how simple tools, especially breathwork, helped me reclaim my wellbeing and sense of purpose and they can help you too.
I’m grateful to Damo and Schultzy for the chance to share my story. They’re genuine, down-to-earth, and their podcast gives first responders a space to connect with conversations that truly matter
